Customer satisfaction does not exist with Napleton. I purchased a Certified used car and one of the keys and the owners manual were missing. The salesman said they would get the key from the previous owner and send it, but they don't print the manuals anymore. After two months of follow up calls, the salesman said these were not part of the deal and hung up. I subsequently wrote to the dealer general manger several times with no reply. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. They charged $7000 for some extended warranty that you can’t take off. Have called and left multiple messages to call me back but won’t return calls. Would suggest nobody buy a vehicle from them.

WORST customer service in the world and a bunch of CROOKS!!! They do not answer the phone, LIE about prices online and "do things differently." I didn't know that meant not answering any phone calls, returning voicemails and completely disrespecting their customers and their families! This dealership should be shut down. Look at all the Yelp reviews, fb reviews and Google reviews !!

There’s something missing! I can’t understand how an establishment (Napleton Dealership Group) franchise corporation throughout USA receives an A+ credit rating with so many negative reviews! An establishment that has no integrity or honesty! This is what greed will get you, a reputation for being scum! Doesn’t seem to bother them at all! I have owned 3 Honda cars since 2004. Be sure to triple check all paperwork. All staff are nice enough, however if you have questions or concerns, they will not follow up with you. They will give you timeframes for follow up and never do. They gave me a key that did not work (when asked for information on the stated warranty on it I was told they'd send it to me and never did) and registered and licensed my car incorrectly. First off I am pissed the f... off!!!! Next they lured me there like they were going to accommodate me and give me what was sent to my address. So I received a letter in the mail like they wanted to buy my car not knowing that they were trying to get me into another car. They also listed on the letter that if I came that I would get a $1000 in cash rebate just for trading in my car. That was all a lie. At first thoughts of making a purchase, I go with an open mind and pleasant thoughts to receive/ exchange information allowing sales/service reps the opportunity to put their best foot forward. I am disabled, staff was very attentive, courteous, friendly, moved swiftly to open and hold the door with every move in/out I made. I want to make sure that everyone is aware that this outfit will possibly record your purchase date incorrectly as they did mine. I went to the Arlington Heights location - looked at a truck without anyone from the dealership coming outside to see if I had any questions. I left. Very dishonest dealer. I arrived today to buy a $61000 Jeep which is advertised as new. The sales person on the phone indicated there would be no flexibility in the price of the vehicle because "it just came in" I indicated I was short on time and had to drive 80 miles to see the vehicle.
