This review should classified as a -10 Star review to infinity!!!!!!!! The Napleton Auto Group in West St. Louis County IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH ANYTHING THAT THEY TELL YOU - NEVER TRUST THEM AS THEY LIE REPEATEDLY!!!!!!! We went out to look at a 2012 Ford Explorer they set aside for us to look at and drive. Interested to buy a SUV that was posted online for 14,997. Called the dealership and was told vehicle was available and price can only be negotiated in the dealership. Set an appointment for last evening and went there around 7:30 PM after a two hour drive. Took the test drive and with some imperfections interested to buy the SUV and here it starts.... They charge you for the “Ed Napleton Experience” which is a bunch of bs but it’s just like a “resort fee” at a hotel so not a huge deal just take that into consideration. I highly recommend you give them a call and pretend you are a customer who purchased a vehicle the previous week and say you have an issue, they will not be so friendly anymore. Keep in mind you can call other dealerships for warranty info and quotes. The warranty Napleton offers is not a Napleton warranty and can be purchased elsewhere for cheaper. Also, m... read more

By far the worse dealership experience ever! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! A dealership of misfits! My wife and I drove an hour away to the dealership originally to test drive and hopefully purchase a pre-driven 2020 Acura TLX. The vehicle was advertised at $25,997. After test driving and then being presented numbers the dealer added some additional products for us to purchase call the Napleton Package and Certification. I traded in a 2017 f350 at Napleton Infiniti of Macon,Ga on Dec.3 2019. Jan. 2020 I received a notice from Fla. DOT that the new owner was running tolls in Miami on a dealer tag that is still in my name. I contacted the dealership and was told they would take care of it. March I recieved another notice of more tolls still in my name. I spoke with the manager Bill this time and was told that was impossible-obviously it is possible because I got the notice. I bought a pickup from Napleton several months ago. I am very displeased about the whole transaction. If there was an honest person there I didn't find them. $2000.00 of the discount I received was the markup sticker which I wasn't even aware of until I found it the next day on the back seat. I would never buy another vehicle from them.

Most unscrupulous dealer I have ever dealt with! They actually committed fraud by signing my name to a contract for add on protection of paint and wheel protection which I had no knowledge of. After much correspondence with Manager Scott Steiner he assured me that I would be reimbursed the added amount of $1000.00 which has never occurred. He is very good at stringing you along but terrible at honesty and customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!

DON'T TRUST NAPLETON HYUNDAI OR BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY! I made an appt with exact items I wanted thru their website, followed up by a phone call from their scheduling dept. Scheduler said they had several previous year vehicles that matched my requirements. Once I got there I was informed those cars weren't available and they use a 3rd party scheduler so blamed it on them. My 2 things were price & sunroof. Here is a classic case of tricking and taking advantage of consumers. They offer very good pricing on their pre own cars on the internet site even sending email with price drop, but once there they are so many add owns, that a listed car of $18749, went to $26000. I know taxes are not low in Illinois but they really pad the purchase price, adding car washes dealer, prep and inspection fee,s. To the total of $7351.00 added to purchase price.
