I bought Tesla Model S long range 2019 with 42k miles and was delivered on the 16/02/2024, with loud noise infront of the car and a cut on the back tyre. The car was dirty on delivery and I missed the green mould on the window trims and scratches inside and outside of the car. Scott informed me the noise is normal and on the second day I drove it to Tesla for inspection and Tesla agreed the noise is not normal.
