poor service, terrible return policy, buyer beware – I concur with the previously posted reviews. I was given the wrong kind of toilet for what I originally purchased... it appears that the old guy (Gordon) didn't bother to compare the part number on my invoice with the part number on the box. I didn't discover it until I got the plumber at my house to install it. When I went to return it I had to deal with Bill (the ower) who told me my plumber was the problem. Add me to the list! – Unbelievable! I could have written the review before mine. I had the exact same experience. I ordered the parts through Sarah - with Sarah's advice on what would fit my valve - and after learning the parts didn't fit, I tried to return them - actually to exchange them for the right parts. Bill told me it's my fault the order was wrong, and though they have a no return policy on special orders, he'd give me a 50% store credit (thus I'm out $130 for the wrong order). Ripoff artist! – Read all about my experience with Austin Plumbing Supply here: austinplumbingsupply.atxballers. com I thought I was doing the right thing by choosing a local Austin business to buy from. Now that it's all said and done, I wish that I could go back and do it differently. Will never go back – The worse experience buying a faucet ever is what it was like. The faucet was defective and the owner said over and over "I'm not talking to you!". Imagine that as you walk in with a defective product. There was another customer there that was just about in tears with her problem with the owner. Sad, huh? Even our plumber, who's very reputable, frowned when we told him where we bought the faucet. So, tell all your friends to stay away from this establishment.

All Around Bad Experience – This is the first time I've ever posted a review. We purchased several items from Austin Plumbing Supply. They told us three times, three different delivery dates; ordered the wrong bathtub; the sink arrived smashed; didn't deliver when they were scheduled to and refuse to work with us on getting matters remedied. Also told that sales people "aren't allowed" to speak to customers once order is placed.

Horrible experience – Wow! That review was really helpful. I needed to buy a faucet and asked a friend of mine who recently renovated her house for a recommendation. She told me DEFINITELY NOT Austin Plumbing Supply. Her experience was very similar to yours, particularly with Bill. I'm glad I asked for her recommendation so I know NOT to shop there!

Worst customer service ever! I thought a local company would be better than this! – Shopping at Austin Plumbing Supply was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! I bought over $1300.00 worth of faucets/equipment to replace the ones I had in my house. First of all, it took over 4 weeks longer to get the faucets than what they originally quoted after I had paid for the supplies.
