Really, Really Bad Cusotmer Service – I waited weeks past the time when my part was suppose to come in and still had no part and could get nothing but a "sorry, I have nothing to tell you" from not only the staff, but also the owner. YES, can you believe it. When the owner stepped in, he basically said that he would not take any time to find out where my order was - even after I informed him that it was two weeks late and my bathroom remodel was waiting on the part I ordered form his store. Kind and Patient – Bill Sullivan was kind enough to talk to my wife when were looking to replace our broken toilets with "turbo toilets". It took some time to get the right toilet but Mr. Sullivan was very kind and patient while we hemmed and hawed over the right toilet. Thanks!

STOP! DON'T GO THERE! These people are soooo slow. They tell you 7-10 days to receive what you ordered. I waited more than 30 days. Every time I would call to see if my faucet was in there response was "I'll check and call you back". Well, I never got the call back-NEVER. I would have to them back. It was always "it will be here in a couple of days...". One day I called 3 times and still couldn't get a straight answer.They're slow to wait on you when you go in the store and have little knowledge of what they are selling. You... read more

very pleasant – Very pleasent and superior customer service by everyone we talked to. Mary was very helpful in providing my wife and I with all the information for our selections. She answered all of our questions and made several gentle suggestions when we were undecided. Bill helped with the Delta warranty questions. The whole buying experience was very pleasent
