Lots of inventory – Lot's of inventory or they can order it for you. I got a pump to recycle hot water into the cold so you don't waste water getting in hot. They ordered it for me at a very good price; there was no better price-even on the internet
Beware – I wish I had checked them out first. I was driving around and I stopped in. The initial service was very good, but it went down hill from there. 1. No inventory control: They called me to tell my order was in, but when I came to pick it up they couldn't find it. It turns out that it was on a 90 day backorder and it never came it. Always a great price – Always willing to get the best price, obtain any products that are available, very flexible when dealing with clients who are not accustomed to the selection process, good delivery.
Very helpful and knowledgeable! I didn't know how much I didn't know until I talked to them. They were able to guide me through everything that I needed to consider in updating my bathroom. I love what I selected (with their help) and I couldn't have done it without them!

Nooooooooo!!!!! – After my experience, I totally understand why Austin Plumbing Supply recieved a "F" rating from the BBB. While some of the staff were helpful, the majority were extremely rude and not helpful. Bill, the owner, must have forgotten that the customer comes first. He rudely walked away from me while I was at the counter. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for him to return, and finally had to ask someone else for help in picking up my order (Unfortunetly, I had already bought it the day before). Unbelievable! – I looked up ratings for this store after I had a bad experience. I just wanted to make sure it's not me! Went into this store and got some estimates. When I told the salesman over email that I chose another store, I got this nasty email from Bill, accusing me of 'using' his staff's expertise and time! So since when is getting a bid a crime? Currently there are 31 ONE star ratings and 5 Five star ratings. That is more than just a bit fishy since 4 of them where posted within 24 hours. Avoid F-rated Better Business Bureau companies. You will do yourself a huge favor.
