They've taken their time to properly talk to me about my requirements and make sure that everything is right. They also resized at a reasonable rate with what I can only call astonishing quality. You can't tell that the ring has been touched at all. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone on the team for your consideration and flexibility in regards to holding on to the ring and making sure everything happens just as I needed it and when I needed it.

Great shop in a fantastic location. Lovely owner and staff. Think I will be spending some time on the website. Great brands and really reasonable prices. They were even polite enough to listen to my mother’s waffle! 🤣

Dear Charlie and Team many thanks for the fantastic service and totally stunning ring. I did not think I would have tears but on seeing what you had done, how could I not. I brought to you my Mother’s and Grandmothers engagement and wedding rings and a birth stone that was passed down and you turned it into an amazing piece of jewellery I will treasure.
