I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent experience at Aurae, which took an unexpectedly negative turn. I had booked two appointments, and before my pedicure began, I clarified with the nail tech that the booking on the system was incorrect — it should have been shellac on toes with soak off (45 mins) rather than a spa pedicure (1 hour). I’ve been having my nails done by Emily for just over a year now. I don’t think I can trust anyone with my nails BUT her. Her attention to detail and care is brilliant. The service at Aurae is unlike any other, and soso clean. They go above and beyond for you.

I am honestly thrilled with my first experience. Molly was absolutely outstanding. So thorough and careful- I genuingly felt she cared. First time I went to a salon and felt like it was professional. Cuticles etc were all taken care of. Once again Molly is absolutely fabulous. She truly made my experience special
