As Good As It Gets – Aura is...the best thing to happen to Portland in recent years. A new dining and lounge experience that rivals the best nitery scenes in Miami, Chicago, LA...even NYC. It's better than the zoo! – This place is amazing--beyond even my high expectations! If you want to see the most ridiculous people in Portland, trying harder than you ever thought possible, find yourself a good table here and look around! The interior is visually stunning and well done--so hip and mesmerizing that it makes countless Portland wannabes forget what city they're in. Portland's latest greatest...... – Checked out Aura on Saturday, and the place was packed. I hope this lasts because the management of Panorama/Boxes/Brig, etc. deserve this! They lost the crowd when Pano shut down and re-opened. Looks like they have it back with the opening of Aura. This bodes well for Panorama after Aura closes and everybody shows up there. Great Place to relax! – I went to Aura for the first time on Thursday night. The drinks and the food are great. I ordered the small hamburgers and some pizza. The bathrooms are some of the coolest in Portland. I could see out into the dining area, though the two way mirrors. Watch out for the sinks. The water comes out of the mirrors a little to fast. It is easy to get wet, if you're not careful. The only downside is the service, which is a little slow. I hope the sevice will improve, after the club has been open for a littl... read more

finally – Non-smoking! nice mixed gay/straight crowd. Reasonably priced drinks. Lots of wait staff, but the bartenders a bit slow. Cool space, good vibe.
