Went around 5 weeks ago for tips. Nails looked good till 4wks later when tip bent. So much glue that it was impossible to get off. When it finally came off it took the top layer of my actual nail, along with the new growth which tore off from my actual finger. Incredibly painful. Just attempted to get the 9 remaining tips off & had to resort to cutting them off & using an emery board to rub off the colour. My nails look terrible now. Will never use again.

Jinal, did my wax for me, and did an amazing job! Soo professional. I recently had a bad experience at another shop, and I shared this with her, and she was very kind and took into consideration my concerns to make me feel comfortable. Ask for Jinal if you go, she is lovely ☺️

i got gels at aura for the first time. this is also my first time writing a bad review because i was not happy with my nails. my nails chipped after not even 12 hours of having them on ( i wasn’t doing anything). i was going on holiday the morning after so i didn’t have any time to go back in.
