Disappointing. 48 years of being type 1 diabetic & refused treatment (a massage) advised I needed dr letter!!!! More frightening was the advice she gave me regarding my diabetes. My sugars needed to be higher than what they were for a massage. I was however offered reflexology in its place! (Strange/worrying) I have had loads of massages in all my years, clinics, spa days & cruise ships. Not once have I ever been refused or dr letter requested. And as for giving diabetes advice…….don’t do it to someone who has had it for 48 ... read more
