I usually buy nuggets for my daughter every week or two weeks and get free paper bag , today I asked the lady but she charged 20p more , I was up set so I didn’t need it and the cup too hot so my daughter 3 yeas hold it and drop down all the nuggets front the shop she was very sad so I never buy this shop anymore , thank the staff treat my daughter today
Given wrong amount of charge twice.
When they first opened a few months ago, I found a black, long hair in my bag of pretzel laying right on it. I did notice that the staff were NOT wearing any hair covers or nets at the time. Also, the pretzel pastries are quite TOUGH and not pillowy soft once bitten into. Won't have it again, finding that hair on my food was enough for me and it's overpriced for what it is.
Nothing like the pretzels in America. The lemonade is disgusting. The prices are absolutely absurd. Never again!!!
