I have been waiting over a week ( almost 2 eeeks) to get on a schedule, still no answer after contacting them 2 times. I have been patient, the longer they wait, the more I pay for the first service. I am getting frustrated. If too busy, tell me no and I can move on.

Called and requested a quote for flower bed mulch. The person answering the phone was professional and helpful, and took down all the necessary details and information. He advised that someone would be coming out to assess the job and create a quote within the next few days.
