Wanted to say a huge thanks to the guys at Audio Sanctuary, my beloved HD Sennheiser 599's in cream got a fault with the ear pads and needed replacing, Audio Sanctuary is an hour away but worth the journey as they were the only ones I found locally with official Sennheiser replacements parts. Popped in today and was out 5 minutes later with my new ear pads on as I'd emailed before visiting asking if they could fit them for me as I didn't have a clue how to change them, I got a 'yeah we can' back and the guys changed them ove... read more

Very fast delivery, cheap price for beautiful replacement parts for my Sennheiser HD650s..... Which are very old now... Wish I had a before picture and cleaned them... the fake 'replacements' online are almost same price...
Thanks to Audio Sanctuary, I now have a lovely pair of Ruark speakers, after being let down by a global seller. The personal attention, and willingness to find a solution is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended! (My only regret is that I missed the 5% discount offer on their home page, as Google took me straight to the page for the speakers.)
