Can’t recommend this place highly enough! I invested in my first ever hifi system recently (turntable, amp and speakers) and the team at Audio Lounge really went above and beyond to help me with the process - when I was having some audio issues after initially setting up the system, Jay personally came out to my flat to troubleshoot and get everything perfectly calibrated. Such a great experience, will definitely be back for any future audio needs!

As another review mentioned, this is a really nice shop and a genuinely no-pressure sales experience. We met with Lee, very knowledgeable and offered a range of products to suit our budget, not trying to upsell us on anything. Excellent service and would recommend to all, even to pop in and ask a few questions (which is how our journey started!)
