Excellent place, good stock of used and new records. Two lovely guys running the place. And a wet dog. If I had the time, space and a little more money I'd come every week.
Went in with a turntable with a damaged cartridge, came out with it fixed within half an hour. No faff or diagnosis charge, just a quick check of the problem, and a speedy fix at a fair rate. Great selection of vinyls as well. All round great place with nice, honest experts. Definitely recommend for all things hi-fi or turntable related, whether the problem is big or small, or if you’re looking for a new piece of equipment.
The guys here are super friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. Even though they're 45 minutes away from home I think this will be my main record shop. Also their Hifi services are top noch and they've got loads of cool gear all over the shop
One of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had for any product. I went in 2 days before Christmas with a toddler in tow and the supremely helpful team (Robin, Ben and Alex) who totally sorted me out with a new turntable and amplifier speakers in time for Christmas. Whether you’re an audio nerd will to spend 1000s on a valve amp or a beginner wanting a nice sound system for a small room they will help.
