Excellent service. Prompt delivery, great online ordering system, great products and the follow-up customer service was swift and helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough. Also, they supply Denafrips products which are next level audiophile excellence.
Ordered a small adat cable and paid extra for next-day delivery. Still waiting more than a fortnight later. Have requested refund. Would help to mark things Out Of Stock.
Visited the guys at AE, bought a copy of Yes- going for the one , on vinyl- great condition 2nd hand. But also bought a pair of Chord Anthem Reference rca interconnects ,pre owned. Price was great. And as always any upgrade re Chord cables, is fantastic. Tighter bass, better sound stage - well worth going from Chord Clearway to the Anthems Thanx again from a long term happy customer
Gary is an absolute gent and really loves music. No pressure, no hatd sell. What a pleasure to spend an afternoon listening to such superb gear. Hifi truly is an investment in the joy of life.
