Audi North Park has no issues selling you a car but they are lacking in the service department. I will not be returning to this location nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Awful experience and I’m surprised this location is still in business. Pathetic! Thanks for Audi North Park, I was able to experience Audi Dominion. The service James provided was phenomenal and I had my car back in less than 24 hours.
Oh my God!!! This place got the worst customer service ever!!! Wouldn’t recommend to ANYBODY its a nightmare dealing with these people i’m so angry and upset I can’t believe I’m going through this ....
Great customer service, love Larry White my salesman. I dropped off my car at lunch, i was then dropped off at work by Audi, and it was delivered to me at work same afternoon, tire replaced and car washed. Thank you!! Thanks Mike at service dept. for keeping us posted!! Couldn’t be happier with Audi service. Never treated like this with any other dealership.

Although I have been through all kinds of drama with my car, I can't fault the customer service. Michael, Melina, and Sean have all been very nice and helpful through this ordeal. I would definitely recommend them!

Very positive experience with Erick and Stephen. Identified car over the internet, phoned and spoke with Erick who informed me that it was CPO (not in the ad), helped with the sale, purchase of AudiCare and transport to my home on the east coast. I was told prior owner was a smoker and they cleaned car as best possible. Car arrived on time and was immaculate (any remaining smell has since disappeared). Extra key arrived shortly after the car as did all documentation. Well done. Love the car.
