All the salesman I dealt with were so very kind and knowledgeable about the Audi that I purchased. Most every car priced at Audi N. Park is way below full retail value. By the way 2019 A 6. 3.0 with 11,000 miles on it and the car looked like show room new.

Took my car here for a second opinion from Audi Dominion, and they found a coolant leak that Audi Dominion failed to find! Despite my hesitancies for trusting another dealership with my car, Melina was very patient and informative. She was willing and ready every time I had a question. Once I picked up my vehicle, she educated me in detail about what went on. Will absolutely take my car back!
I have had Audi vehicles for years. In the last couple of years, the service experience has nosedived significantly. The owner, Todd actually called me today to followup on another bad experience and ended up trying to tell me that his 20 million dollar showroom couldn't be bad and it was I that am mistaken for not having every name/contact from the issues I have had over the past years. Stay away from them. No more Audis for me thanks to Todd.

It’s been a while since I purchased a car. My experience with Audi North Park was amazing. I contacted Dan Osterndorf via internet, provided the price that was looking to pay along with the options and we made a deal!!!!!! It was refreshing to work with a team that operates with professionalism, honesty, respect and no BS!!! My rating is off the charts!!! My experience started very pleasant with a text from the salesperson, Jackie. From that point on I knew I was in good hands. She worked with me on the car I initially requested and then was able to smartly steer me to a dealer certified vehicle that exceeded my expectations! Took my Audi Q5 in today for service. Commented about how busy my day was going to be at work. North Park had a driver bring me my car 30 mins away from the dealership. Never asked...they offered without hesitation. Superior customer service!!!
