we bought a preowned vehicle cash and have been waiting for 2 months for our title/sticker.... all of sudden, we get a phone call that the vehicle never passed inspection before they sold it to us...hmmm, i think maybe that would have helped in us knowing this prior to making the purchase... i can understand if buying from small dealer or private seller BUT not a “legit” well known dealership... so we already paid for tax, title and license and now they want us to get it inspected ourselves and fix the problem BEFORE they ca... read more

Horrible customer service. My husband was sure to make an appointment today, Monday, with Dan to look at a car. He assured us he would have it ready “parked in the shade” for our arrival. When we got there it took him about 10-15 min to even come out and tell us he was still looking for the key. He came back later to tell us the dealer loaned out the car on Saturday. I have had pleasant experience with both departments, with very professional friendly service, beautiful waiting room , with a computer bar , with outlets and free WiFi. They also provide drinks and snacks. I got a lot of business done while waiting for my car, which always looks beautiful when I get it back because they wash it 😊😍🤗🤗 I would highly recommend this Audi dealership ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
