Terrible service experience on a brand new q7. Apparently even if you do all Audi recommended services, they have no tire rotation schedule and needed a new set at under 30k miles.

Beware of buying a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle on this dealership. I had to bring back the vehicle I purchased 4 times due to bad service and not inspecting the vehicle correctly. Paperwork said one thing but reality was other. Instead of replacing my bumper due to broken tabs they put epoxy on it. Windshield had a crack and was replaced but according to inspection paperwork the windshield was “ok”. RecommendedCant’t say enough about this place, and our sales specialist Val. Bought a used BMW, the service from start to finish was exceptional!
