I don't have an Audi, but I have to commend this dealership's service team. I had a stray kitten climb up in my car without me knowing. He bailed out of my car in an intersection and eventually climbed up into an Audi. After hours with animal control and a tow truck driver refusing to tow the car with a kitten stuck inside, Malinda and members of their team came out and raised the car, removed the skid plate, and retrieved the kitten!
