Never came out to car to great me for service I just sat there waiting. When I came inside they just stared like what do you want look. Gentlemen was only one to say anything lady just looked with face like I’m bothering her. Not used to low level service like this. The Dallas area is much better at customer service.

I wish I would have discovered you 3 leases (128 months) ago. I can at least bring business to your service department with the engine troubles of the 1-week old, brand new car that Cavendar Audi sold me 2 weeks ago and has been in the shop ever since. � If you're in the area and want an Audi, get it here at North Park. A $53000 sale at Cavendar Audi does not make you a lucrative enough customer to even get service and respect. North Park excels in customer service.
Almost had a flat tire & pulled into the Audi parking lot. Very friendly folks who helped me out. They changed my tire on my truck free of charge, even though I'm not a customer. Thank you so much!
