Extremely disappointing.after communicating for a few days concerning questions about the car and price, I had decided on purchasing the vehicle. I just need to physically see the vehicle and test drive it. We set up an appointment for Friday at 1:30 pm. This appointment was confirmed by the sales rep. We bought a Mini Cooper from then. Very nice car. Smooth transaction but they did it tell us all the things that were wrong with the car before we bought it. I would still have purchased it but they should still have disclosed to me that the traction control did not work and the passenger visor mirror was broken, etc. That would have made the sale more transparent.

Drove 90 minutes to audi Burlington, getting ready for a rode test salesman let me know car was just sold ....I call and not one word was mention to about vehicle being sold.

I have purchased over 35 vehicles from Chevrolet to Toyota to Nissan to Audi to Mercedes to Lexus to Bentley in the last 25 years. This car buying experience was the worst of all of them. They were unprofessional in delivering my vehicle as promised. They botched the car registration as well as totally failed in customer care. This is not the quality of experience one would expect from a high-end dealership.
Dealership and salesman (Dave) were very accommodating and willing to work with me on the car and my trade in. Experience was very good and was out of there in less than 2 hours with owning the new car. Thanks Audi and Dave!
