awful. this place sells you a dream and quickly makes it a nightmare. not only were they unorganized and unprofessional, they just have no customer service.
Scheduled an oil change a week in advance just to show up and hear that they can't do it because they need a "special tech." They had a week to arrange or it at least let me know but they waited until I took time out of my day to show up. I also asked for estimate on a sensor replacement twice within that week and they never bothered to look into it for me. They are entirely too busy to keep track of anything they are doing.
this place the management are so stupid , we warned them so many times that patty berito who works in their business office is a thief , she steals stationries from the business office we know for a fact , steals employees lunch , and in couple of occasions money was missing from the safe and couple of innocent people were fired due to her theft taking money from the safe which was Actually dropped . due to all her evilness , she was fired from one of her former employer the others she was asked to resign. they are so dumb t... read more
