Called about a vehicle I was excited about first thing in the morning. Was told give him about 15 minutes to get more info. 8 hrs later…nothing!!!!! What happened??!! Won’t be dealing with these guys. Unprofessional!

After telling the salesman Brenden that I was approved with Westlake financial he asked me to filled out a credit application online after telling that application was filled out I never heard from them again

Started out as a decent experience but quickly declined. I am an out of state buyer but when I put my inquiry in through CarGurus, I received a follow up email that they have stopped doing out of state sales “due to inventory shortages” and problems with other states’ registration process. This is ridiculous! Especially when they advertise online that they do delivery.
