My wife and I are totally satisfied with our recent purchase of a new Q7 from Audi Newton. The entire staff and management took great care of us and no request of ours was left undone. Our salesman Thomas as took care of all aspects of our purchase making it a pleasure. Our vehicle was detailed perfectly. This, something which we have found after many years of purchasing new cars, is not the norm. Audi Newton has earned our business and our highest recommendation! Thank you to the entire crew at Audi Newton.

Price gouging at its finest. They charged $290 for an oil change. A simple oil change. They do not want anyone to know this. They delete negative reviews wherever they can. Their service department is so unprofessional. I called numerous times and left messages over the course of several days. No one would call me back. Finally got an email from Julie Andresen, service manager, telling me that $290 is the correct price. They lie and do not care about their customers one single bit. So I was at Audi of Rockville looking at a Cadillac SRX today 4/10/2021. I brought to their attention that the tires do not match but also the rear tires in regulation with state inspection requirements as far as tread life. But if they replaced the rear tires I would buy the car. The General Sales Manager refused. It seems the General Manager Mike Zheng as well as Joe Nowlin the sales rep are willing to sell a car with bald rear tires with no tread life left. Very questionable dealership. I’d like to share the terrible experience that my wife and I had today (4/23/22) with Brian Harris Audi of Baton Rouge. We arrived, and the sales guy (Eric) that we’d been speaking to met us at the door. He took us straight to the vehicle that we were there to look at, test drive, and possibly purchase. The salesperson who helped me treated me very badly. I stopped by after being at the ranch so I did not look my best. The funny thing is I wanted to pay cash 100k. I already had it picked out, however after his rudeness I drove into Tulsa and bought it instead. You should treat everyone the same no matter what. That is good business.

South Austin Audi has lost its moral compass. I take my A8 in and spend 5,500+ dollars on the repairs that they say I need. I have a headlamp indicator light on the dash and ask them to see what is wrong, I tell them nothing seems to be out of order, the headlights and high beams seem to be working fine??? They charge me hundreds of dollars to diagnose the problem... which I paid. They take out the Drivers side headlamp assembly to test it... they want 2700 more and change to replace the headlamp...
