My contact at the dealership was very nice, however, they dropped the ball. Days later, they informed me that they would only do financial transactions, face-to-face, this was never explained to me in the beginning when I told them I did not live in California.

Got a call back from Aaron when I was in a meeting. I called him back 2x over 2 days and was ready to put a deposit on this car but received no phone call back. I even called the secretary at the dealer and told her he never returned the first call and was promised a call back. Nothing. Their follow up is subpar, and I ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Beverly Hills may be an upscale and first class town, but this dealer’s follow-up is anything but first class!
