Very bad dealership, i recently purchased a Used 2014 Audi R8, they sold the car representing that it has passed a 9 point safety inspection when it had not. About 3 weeks purchasing the car i was driving to Las Vegas at speeds of 100 MPH when i applied the brakes the entire car vibrated to the point i had to slow down to see if i had a flat tire, upon my return i contacted the dealer they refused to complete the repairs stating they will not drive past the speed limit of 65 MPH. I'm not a fan of the sales team, nor was I crazy about my car. Prior to meeting George in service, I couldn't wait for my lease to end and never deal with Audi again. George Chala changes all of that. I'm still not in love with Audi vehicles, but will definitely look into getting another simply because of George and his care for me and my vehicle. I may get a car I like more elsewhere, but there's no way I'll be cared for better than at Audi Fletcher Jones in the hands if George.
5 DIAMOND SERVICE. Out of the 5 Audi dealerships I dealt with during my purchasing quest, Audi Beverly Hills was the KINDEST, and most ACCOMMODATING to me. And I never ONCE stepped foot inside the dealership!!! My entire transaction was via phone/email, and my car was delivered to me at my convenience! They even drove off with my trade.... I couldn’t be happier and more grateful. Audi Beverly Hills has earned my business for all future Audi purchases!!
My car needed full big service at 80k and I can tell there’s a really good upgrade (even though its been only a day after that). My car seems like a new again. Yes, the service fee was not little, but it’s worth if it’ll keep it good for a long. Special thanks to Reza for his pleasant, quick and GREAT customer service. I didn’t have a time to chill in their coffee shop areas but next time. ;)
The WORST EXPERIENCE you could have in shopping for a car. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this dealership at all costs. The most unprofessional salespeople that I've ever dealt with, and I've purchased a handful of cars.. Shabbaz was not only passive aggressive towards us, but treated us with zero class, and embarrassed us. That's not how you treat any client, especially someone that already owns an Audi.
