On Sunday July 18th, 2021 while visiting the Valencia Audi dealer they were unable to provide a 2021 Etron Prestige. The Valencia dealership contacted Audi Beverly Hills in an attempt to transfer the vehicle to Valencia. Beverly Hills Audi was not willing to transfer the vehicle. Valencia Audi confirmed that the vehicle was showing available and the MSRP was $85,065 in the Audi inventory system. Respectfully the customer either misunderstood or has failed to acknowledge in his complaint that the web site that the customer referred to was a web site from Audi America that list available vehicles at various dealerships. Audi Beverly Hills does not control the content on that web site as it is controlled by the manufacturer which was explained to the customer that day. Audi America lists vehicle prices based on MSRP. Incredible Customer Service Wow!! This Service center is the BEST! Carlos, Joe (parts) and others were incredibly helpful in a very stressful situation. They went above and beyond to get our car fixed quickly and help us save as much money as possible. I’m so impressed with this place. They are honest and thorough and did great work. With me Being in the customer service field most of my life...these guys definitely deserve 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had anywhere.

Essentially this "business" of "fixing" automobiles because they're suppose to be experts of course had taken my car for weeks on end with no repair. The service representative Brendon was telling me one day he'll tell me the diagnosis, then another few days latter he'll get back to me and so on so forth until the dreaded final decision they made with a "second opinion" they got to fixing my car that I'll get to in a minute. Very happy with first visit Excellent experience at Beverly Hills Audi. Drop off was prompt, Brandon greeted me and checked me in. I was given a nice clean loaner car and was out of the dealership in 10 minutes. Brandon was very friendly and kept me informed and updated on the progress of my vehicle.
