I want to say thank you to Louis Long and his team. They went out of their way to help us. He ended up referring us to a dealership down the road they are connected too. Louis is a helpful and trustworthy guy. We will do business with them again down the road and hope you will too!!
I called interested in a new SQ8 and spoke to a salesperson by the name of George who asked me before moving forward with my trade in value would I be willing to pay an "ADM" (Additional Dealer Markup) charge on top of "MSRP"(Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) I told him thanks but NO thanks! If this is the "Best" customer experience this dealership has to offer then they have a lot of work to do. The GM should be ashamed. I had to give them one star to get this review posted but honestly they deserve none.
Worst Audi Service Department I've ever dealt with! They had my wife's car for a total of six months and after spending $4k dollars gave us back a car that isn't even driveable and they flat out refused to even look at the car again! Their technicians are all parts changers and have no idea how to actually fix a vehicle but the dealership has no problem charging customers anyways even though they don't fix the vehicle! If I could give you 1/2 star I would. My first time ever coming to this dealership was more than terrible. I first walked in and was not greeted by any of the three guys at their desks who were not doing anything. They didn't even acknowledge me or say someone will be right with me...so then when I finally spoke to Bobby, he was very rude and none of the men working at the front office had any type of customer service skills, I felt racially profiled as soon I walked in. Worst customer service ever. Trying to buy a car from them isn’t worth the hassle. Hard to believe that when you want to spend $20,000 they make it difficult. Stay very far away from this place. You will absolutely regret it if you don’t
I really wish I didn't have to write this review, but I've been given no choice. BEWARE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They do a great job during the sale, but once everything is signed they couldn't care less about you. I came to Santa Monica Audi because I was referred by my friend. My question is when will I get the title for the auto I bought from Audi Dallas on Dec 21, 2020. It's been 15 months, the car is unusable because we have no title. We have been promised a resolution to the problem and all we get is more talk. After 15 months I have lost my patience and my lawyer is now involved. I am in total disbelief that a supposedly reputable Dealer such as Audi Dallas can be engaging in such activity.
