Consistently excellent service experience The service department at Audi Beverly Hills is efficient, clean, prompt, and reliable. For me personally, the best aspect of the entire service experience is my longtime service advisor, Carlos Lazo. Carlos has taken excellent care of both Audis I have had serviced at Audi Beverly Hills. He's the best!

Easiest purchase I’ve ever made I often get along with people in dealerships but this was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. These wonderful people, and it was a whole squad, took care of everything for me with minimal involvement on my part. Then I just enjoy working with them.

Loving it in BH I want to start out by saying they were so easy to deal with and I was a little worried because they're in Beverly Hills. But there is absolutely nothing to worry about they didn't overcharge me and they thoroughly went through all my options of what I canning cannot do and how to operate the vehicle and what would be the best purchase option. Overall experience for all intents purposes was darn awesome.
