We recently had ferry issues while trying to leave Islay, which left us stranded late at night with no where to go. We rang other places but no one wanted to help because of the lateness and also because we only needed 1 night. We rang here and explained our predicament and they came to our aid instantly. Had a decent weekend here with 5 friends recently. Nice cottage, although a little tired looking in places. Great location. Only a 10/15 minute walk from Duck Bay. Major issues with the hot tub not heating up though. Messaged the owner to help. They came round and claimed to have fixed it, however it still wasn't heating up after hours of waiting.
