Member since April 2023. I’ve lost weight/fat, gained strength and muscle, and had fun doing it! Great staff and supportive atmosphere. Trainers know each clients challenges and create workouts to work around them. Group classes are fun and get you sweating!
All the trainers are great, knowledgable and kind. They are also equally motivated to help you meet your goals. I would recommend AFS to anyone looking to create healthy habits and feel better overall, it’s a great investment in yourself.
Love working out at AFS! It has given me confidence and have gained new strength and have a consistent workout plan!
