An agent by the name of Roletta was very rude , short and mean. I went in to ask questions about upgrading my phone and she seemed annoyed during the transaction and each question I asked she was irritated and repeated herself instead of in a different way instead to help me understand which made me feel stupid . Clearly she must of had a bad day and took it out on me because all I did was come to upgrade my phone which I did not do because the interaction was so bad! Don’t go here.‼️❌

Worst store in the area. I have had great service at other stores but this store the employees are worthless. Avoid this store at all cost! The general manager is rude and useless.

I was welcomed from the second I walked in the door. I have never had such a positive experience in an AT&T store ever! I highly recommend the Kingston AT&T store!!!! Jill C went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted, needed and made sure I was 100% good to go before I left! This will be the place I go to do my wireless business from now on!!!

I used to go to ATT in Joliet mall but never again so much better service in Mokena store Thanks Ebony. Oh yeah been w ATT for 20 years is everything isn’t perfect but no complaints
Every time we take part in a “promotion they have we always have to call and argue with them on the phone because they messed up our bill. Right now we are trying to fix something and we have not yelled or threatened anyone but they have the biggest man standing beside my husband like he’s guarding him for some reason?! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but, he was super patient with me. I purchased an Apple Watch but, didn’t realize my phone needed to be updated before pairing the watch. He sat for about an hour until it was finished to help me set up the watch. Thanks again! 😁
