Have the stores answer the phone and hold the sales people liable for returning equipment Also they are not answering their calls and ATT customer service told me to call them because this store in Rolla has not done their job

The workers here are amazing and do the best that they can while also being pressured from corporate to make them money. People do not realize that a SIM card is linked to a phone number and you can’t just buy a blank one without getting the phone because it will render the phone useless! People shouldn’t rate the store based on things that are out of their control!! The staff is amazing and does their best

Great AT&T Store! Hard workers and knowledgeable!
They tell you come in when you need help , then when you do they tell you call the 800 number they are just a retail store. I call them and they send me back to have the manager Jeff call them while I am in the store. I am here now, he wont even come out from the back to even see what my issue is. Just sends his salesman "Fidh" to tell me he cant help me . this is horrible customer service and sprint is looking great to me !!!
