Just waited in line for 45 mins for the rep to tell me he can't get me a SIM card because I'm not an authorized user on the account. Well maybe the "greeter" at the door should have sai that oh I don't know like 45 MINS earlier!!
The employees in this store are not the most friendly. Wait forever to buy only accessories when employees are standing around and they tell you to go get the person that can do your transaction. I'll find a different store next time
They are extremely understaffed. And they never carry the products I need. It's always at least a 45 min visit for just one simple thing.
I've read a couple negative reviews on here and I'm quite surprised! I'm in St. Robert and although the individual here wasn't rude or not helpful, I wasn't completely satisfied. Through referral by a friend I contacted your location via phone and was greeted by Amy. Wow, what a breath of fresh air! Amy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and just all around helpful! I was so disappointed with my visit today to the Rolla, Missouri store.. I will do my business from the phone from here on out.. they have not a clue what real customer service is SMH Very Very pathetic
Service is out again in the Cuba area. I understand there is a problem and you are working on it, but I feel all customers should be compensated for the missed service whether they have called an complained or not.
