I don't appreciate being lied to in order for them to make a sale. I'm pretty sure fraud is against the law. I hope y'all close down for good. The guy was saying AT&T was merging Dish...it was a total LIE when I asked Dish about it. Shame on you. How low are you willing to go when you have employees scamming people into making a sale?
This company lies to potential consumers to sell products and do not follow through with their services. You can’t even get them to answer your calls and it a phone service! Just as well because they just make promises they don’t deliver. We have been out of services for days, and made an appointment for repair and were told the would call with a 30 min notice. They didn’t. Texted us to reschedule, after waiting 4 days. Don’t go with AT&T for TV services.

Sick of Being pressured to get direct tv EVERY ring I call or go in, I DON'T WANT IT, STOP ASKING.
Mark is the most helpful person and good at what he does I always request him unless he is not there.
So I’m at the Rolla Att store and I’m number 7 in line, this sales person is talking about Vegas and adult porn with a customer, umm will you please shut up and do your job and sell her the phone already!
I was number five in line, plus three other people whom made appointments. Not enough sales people, terrible slow service.
