they are forcing people to buy new phones by shutting off their old phones. We were told they would give us free phones because of the forced change in network and THEY DID NOT! THEY ARE LIARS!!
Rolla store convincing customers to buy a defective phone device by the manager Karen!!! And her packaging 1/2 used screen protector kits to the next customer Rolla beware and careful!
