I have bern on the phone for 5 hours! Transferred several times and still know help! AT&T used to have great customer service and now they are worst than Walmart! T-Mobile here I come….
When we changed providers less than 2 weeks ago, we were not offered the 55+ option. Also less than 2 weeks into our plan, even tho we chose the Unlimited Starter plan, we are getting data warnings exceeding usage allowed. When I called AT&T and told them our plan, we were then told WE WOULD BE CHARGED $10 for anything exceeding 2gb. Stories and help are VERY INCONSISTENT.
Professional experience.
After 2 years of owning my phone i woke up sunday morning (8-31-2025) my phone didnt work so i went to the AT&T store and the representative there told me samsung black listed my phone Friday (8-29-2025)and i would have to call samsung so i called samsung where they said that they dont blacklist phones only service providers so i called stupid AT&T back and am passed around for 2 hrs and got nothing done I am swiching providers
AFTER 5 MONTHS OF HAVING A MESSED UP ACCOUNT DUE TO BEING ADDED TO A FIRSTNET PLAN. DAMON FROM THE ARKANSAS COOPERATE OFFICE SAVED THE THE DAY. GOD BLESS YOU FOR BEING PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING AND WILLING TO SEE IT THROUGH TO THE END. TGBTG. OMEMMA MEANS ONE WHO DOES GOOD
