We dealt with John. He was very comprehensive in explaining the features of the van. His advice to use the app Park4night was invaluable and made our search for places to stay very easy. Overall the service and advice was first class. Happy to recommend.
Easy to book the motor home via the website and simple to amend if required. Good communication prior to collection of the vehicle. John was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on routes to our destination. He walked us round the vehicle and showed us how it worked. General condition of the vehicle was good. I required a camper van for the charity swim challenge my son was doing. Approaching Atlas their communication was first class with Richard and John, the hire rate competitive and the vehicle was in first class condition from the outset. Atlas is a great example of a well run operation in their field and I would not have any hesitation in recommending them.
What can I add to my previous review singing the praises of Atlas Campervan; the proof is after second time hire there is no comparison. John who is the contact at the main depot even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for our trip! Great customer service and again process and collection drop off was seamless. We had the same van and this time managed to operate the sat nav from our phone as we had the correct cables (there is a USB port). My husband and I had the most fantastic time in our Atlas Motorhome. Being 'motorhome novices' it was so easy - pull up, plug in, sit back and relax! Richard was extremely helpful, giving us a comprehensive rundown on the Motorhome before we set off. Everything worked just as it was supposed to. We definitely will be renting again!
