**** was very kind to provide a service window, for that afternoon, that fit our schedule. ***** (the Service Tech) arrived, was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and gave me two options to get my upstairs A/C back online. He was in and out within 2 hours. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

July 17, 2025 My work order document listed several false comments that I had NOT made to the company. Asked that they send me a corrected w/o document - they refused. Atlantic A/C stated that it don't matter. But now after 2 weeks of talking with Atlantic A/C is willing to let me go after being a customer for over 10 years. Very upsetting and unprofessional (office).
Had a lot of plumbing needs and paid a pretty ***** for the service. The technician was very competent. For one of the items he had to have parts delivered to my home as the ones brought did not work. When it arrived it was the wrong part and I would have to reschedule to a later date/time. Upset, I called their office employee and was spoke to in an unprofessional and insensitive manner which I would not accept being spoken to like that.
