We could not be happier with Atlantic Plumbing! It starts with Mary - who scheduled our original maintenance appointment and then found a way to re-schedule it to an earlier date. Then Trevor Denny shows up on time. Trevor, who installed our system several years ago, could not have have been more polite and helpful. He's also efficient, and a perfect representative for Atlantic Plumbing. In this day and time, these folks are a rare but welcome team!

I requested service for a pipe leaking inside of the wall of my condo. When Atlantic Plumbing arrived, they gave me 3 choices for repair that included replacing my water heater (there was nothing wrong with it and not the reason for the service call). Unfortunately, for me, (I was not feeling well and had a doctors' appointment.) I have had this company doing my HVAC and plumbing work for several years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They have an excellent team. Needed estimates on fixing leaking faucets and replace garbage disposal. Was told there was a **** call out charge which would be deducted from work. Technician gave estimate but said since the call was an "assesment" ( he found my sink had a hole and garbage disposal was frozen in place) that it was more than an estimate, therefore only *** would be deducted from any work. Very misleading. Trust is important in any business relationship.

I got my furnace cleaned and entered into their valued customer service plan. I requested a quote for additional work that needed to be done on my home. After weeks of no contact and calls made to Atlantic, I finally got an email that had a total for the work as ****** No itemized list so i have no idea what all the money was even for, the email said if I wanted to discuss the estimate I could call. Thank you for the information concerning customers complaint. On ******** Mrs. set up a service request for a heating problem. Atlantic got to the home and did a standard service check and found the system flame sensor needed cleaning and that the system had no filter in duct. Our service man noted that the 2010 system was installed incorrectly and that the floor in the utility room was rotted out and had serious water damage. My family has used Atlantic for many years We have always received exceptional service with them. The compressor fan stopped working. After calling within a short time Joe ** was here to repair it. He took time to explain what needed to be replaced to fix it. Over the years all of the personnel that we have had connection with have been outstanding.
