My mom is Korean and can't speak English properly, so my brother scheduled an appointment to get JUST an oil change and tire alignment. When we came there to pick up her car they presented a bill for over $1,500. I hope they didn't take advantage of the fact that she cannot speak English well. Perhaps, the best experience was with their service manager Jason Oglesby and service advisor Boyce Mullins. They went the extra mile and even ate some cost to do the right thing and make me happy.
