They screw up my moon roof and this service director will not admit it. They want $68 to fix it. I did not agree to it . They claim there was a part that was broken and need to be replaced. . I went home take a look at it and compare to the right hand side of my moon roof, there was nothing broken but just a little clip that needs fixing back. Bad experience, time for me to look else where for my services

This review is very overdue since I purchased my 2018 RAV4 in January. The service I received was AWESOME! I drove a Toyota Corolla for 20 years with no major problems, but I knew it was time for a new car. I have bragged about my RAV4 so much! Two of my friends had the pleasure of riding in mine. Both of them went out and bought a RAV4! One of them bought 2....one for her and her husband! I don't mind being a commercial for Toyota at all!
