Atlanta Toyota is very irresponsable. I DO NOT recommend them. My husband traded his truck for a newer one and he had the GAP insurance on it and as you may or may not know when you trade in a car or sell it you get the GAP refunded, well my husband did the trade in on November 2018 and we’re in MAY 2019 it’s been 6 months and we have not received the check, we have went to the dealership multiple times already and we get no answers, keep in mind we’re taking about more than $2,000, they are a bunch of thief’s, STAY AWAY!!!!
HIGHLY recommend Atlanta Toyota.... They’re patient and genuinely care about catering to the customers needs. They have a loyal customer in me. Thank you Eric, Raul and Zafar !!!
RecommendedI truly enjoyed the experience I had at this location. My service advisors Shekelia and Azmeena did a phenomenal job in making sure I was well taken care of and had everything I needed. The crew working outside in the service department always greets me with a smile and never hesitates to go above and beyond to lead me in the right direction; ensuring that I am receiving the best service possible. I truly appreciate each member of the team at this location and looks forward to my next visit.
