I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry TRD from Atlanta Toyota. It was a great buying experience. My salesperson was Keon Hall. Mr. Hall was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and was of exceptional help in assisting me in purchasing a vehicle of extraordinary beauty, features, and performance of my liking. I highly recommend Mr. Hall and the Atlanta Toyota Dealership. Several members of their staff worked with me in securing a great deal for the vehicle which I love beyond words.

I love Toyota Atlanta. I have been taking our car for service and repairs since we purchased the car. Our service guy is Chris Hartford. He is nice, professional and he’s a people person. He always takes care of us and he’s very friendly with my kids. He dressed up as Batman one year and my kids said, he’s very cool 😎. I would recommend Toyota Atlanta and Chris Hartford.
Our search for a new vehicle led us to Atlanta Toyota and we can’t say enough about what a great experience it was. Our salesperson, Amin, was fabulous. This dealership failed to properly handle my title on a car I used as part of a trade-in. My old car was found abandoned and since Toyota of Atlanta mishandled the title I ended up getting a notice on my door from the tow company that found it for $1,800. No explanation or apology was offered by the "customer service" 'professional' and what I conveyed my disappointment I was asked (verbatim) "what did you expect us to do". I expect you to be a professional and handle your customer's documents with the absolute best care.
I'm questioning the integrity of Atlanta Toyota. They posted a 2008 Honda Civic for sale, call to setup a test drive and 24hrs later am told the car did not pass their standards so its not for sale. Mind you the car is still showing for sale on their site, classic bait and switch.
I had an excellent experience purchasing a new SUV. My sales person was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The process was seamless .
