Use this hotel on group tours. Wonderfully high standards across the hotel, great location, professional and friendly staff. Massively enhances our clients experience of Scotland.
The hotel is situation in glorious surroundings with a great range of facilities. The staff have always been polite, attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. The tennis event that runs in September is the oldest consecutively running tournament in Scotland. It's a very welcoming place to come and play. Looking forward to returning!
We were so excited to stay at this beautiful property. Friends back in Canada had recommended it, having gotten married here years ago, so we chose to end our two-week visit to Scotland at Atholl Palace. We recently stayed in the gate lodge (mini castle at entrance) Booked for 6 people. Lounge is only set up for 5 people to sit. So we could not all sit comfortably at night. Kitchen is poor quality No cleaning products No clothes No salt or pepper On suit was dirty, mouldy and Definitely had not been cleaned.... I have pictures Curtain runner broken Spa was completely disappointing Sauna not working Jacuzzi not working Steam room only heats up on timer.
