I started pyshio with Jyoti believing the pain i was in wasn't going to go away also feeling like I had broken/teared something in my shoulder and arm. Being discharged for over a week now, im no where near the pain I was in more or less no pain at all, simply because of the exercises I didn't think that was going to work but if im honest it was a lifesaver. Much appreciated to Jyoti and the athletic company.
