Great attitude from everyone
I am very pleased with the dental staff and feel they do a great job. I do wish however that your office staff did a better job in working with secondary insurance and also updating codes so that insurance pays. After my visit yesterday I contacted my secondary insurance with the procedure codes given me by your office and found that the one for anesthesia was an outdated code and therefore would not be paid. I wish I had know this last week before we forked out 200+ dollars for anesthesia for my husband cause according to t... read more
My hygienist was outstanding. My only complaint is the new chairs in the waiting room. Hard, uncomfortable, and unwelcoming.
