I felt very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt very free to ask questions and was satisfied with their answers. I also like the fact that your office offers your own "insurance" to help offset the cost, as even a little helps! It especially helps now that I'm on a fixed income and Medicare doesn't cover expensive dental work.

I had no notification of the appointment until 10:15 AM on my computer and my appt. was at 1:00 PM. That was not helpful. Previously I was notified by computer 5 days before the appt. which is also not helpful, maybe a couple of days.

Thank you for providing an insurance plan to keep costs down. Our paychecks can only go so far. As always Kevin was great . He has been cleaning my teeth for probably 20 years and I consider him a real good friend to me and my family. He goes beyond all expectations . God bless him and his family.
