Lacie helped me with my visit, she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I hope she is my nurse the next time I visit.
I feel like it is a conveyor belt, more patients, more money. We had the most horrible experiace. There was no consern over the patients (my husband) pain level and no patients from the doctor to try to control the pain level. My husband has had many excucating injures from his hobby of motorcycle racing, some that have require long stays in I.C.U. He is very stoic but this appointment had him very vocal in his pain. I was told a price that the procedure would not exceed and when I went to check out it was over the amount I was told. I was in so much pain I didn't question it and I should have. When I booked my appointment I made sure to tell them I wanted to see Dr Neisler only. When I was taken back I was told Dr Neisler was too busy and I would have to come back another day if I wanted to see him.
Love this Dentist office. The staff is so caring and friendly. I always recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
It took almost 30 minutes to get into the dental chair. I wish that would've been shorter.

My hygienist, Hollie (I think was her name), was amazing! So sweet and explained everything so clearly! My dentist was very thorough as well - Dr. Crenshaw!

Darlene does a great job making me feel at ease and explains what is going on every step of the way.
