I had an excellent experience at the Athena Hotel. It was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was very good. The price was outstanding for London, especially considering the location—just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station. My room was small but absolutely perfect for one person, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was even able to drop off my bag hours before check-in, which made my travel day so much easier. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in London!
Room and bathroom were small but serviceable. Shower stall was on the smaller side. I had an issue with a clogged shower drain and the staff fixed it right away. Loved being able to sleep with the window open.
